Colour: Gold, tinged with green at the rim. Bouquet: Aromatic peach and nectarine pervade. Palate: Light and dry with hints of summer stoned fruits. Good length on the palate with a trace of smokiness. From the Winemaker: The 2006 Vintage for our white grapes was down in quantity but not quality. The fruit was fermented to dryness resulting in a smooth finish to the wine. From the Chef: Enjoy over lunch with chicken and a summer salad, or a veal and leek pie in cooler weather. |

Colour: Light straw with delicate green tinges Bouquet: A potpourri of tropical fruits. Palate: Intense fruit flavours dominated by passionfruit with a hint of strawberries. This is a well balanced wine which lingers on the palate From the Winemaker: This vintage was picked at a more advanced stage of ripeness than has previously been the case, to achieve the intensity and complexity of flavours. The fruit was fermented almost to dryness using 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. From the Chef: Will compliment antipasto selections, baked fish, or Salmon steaks with Sorrel Sauce. |

Colour: Dark Plum Red. Bouquet: Vibrant Blackberry/Cherry modified with a spicy suggestiveness. Palate: TA well textured wine in which the strong berry flavours are complimented with a hint of mixed Spices and morello cherry overtones that linger on the palate. Cellaring: This wine is pleasant drinking now but will benefit with cellaring for Two to Five years. From the Winemaker: Our 2005 vintage is an elegant wine with subtle blending of fruit and French Oak. From the Chef: Excellent accompaniment to a Slow Cooked Casserole with Mushrooms, Shallots and Rich Red Wine. |
